When You Should Replace Your Roof

The vast majority of home owners don't think about roof replacement. However, roofs don't last a lifetime and they would likely need to be replaced at least once or twice during your life. There are many signs that indicate that your roof may need replacing and we will now look at some of them.

You may even see beams of sunlight coming through the cracks on a sunny day. Once there are many leaks throughout your roof, then it definitely needs to be changed.

Do you have any signs of moss, grass or other unwanted plants on your roof? If there is an excessive amount of plant growth on your roof, internally and externally then this is a sign that your roof needs replacing.

As you can see, there are numerous signs that easily show when its time to replace your roof. You should also consider the type of roof you have as well as its current age. If your roof is over 25 to 30 years old, then the chances are high that it is at the end of its life. So, make sure that you keep this in mind when it comes to roof replacement.
